Well, it doesn't seem that you paid since the system is automative...
However, did you use PayPal? If yes then please send the payment details to an admin (including transaction ID) and he will sort it out for you unless you havent really paid but you think you did for some reason..

The settings are available in-game by pressing "Insert" button (not from the loader itself)
