Loader works fine for me, no crashes/errors. You can't use loader as member, wait till system change your status to subscriber.

You are member. That's the problem. Loader crash is a different story...
Was your paypal account previously linked to fraudulent activity?

If payment was successful then membership activation is instant. The only other thing which would stop activation is previous fraud attempts.

I'll pass this on to nxHacks, he will take a look when he comes online.
