This is how it looks like:

The use of this tool is easy, just select your Level or Prestige and hit Apply!
For the stats just type in the Value and hit Set "x".
For the FoV you just have to use the little arrows to move up and down ^^
Level: From 1-70
Prestige: 0-11 ;)
FOV: 65-170
