so i having almost 15-30 frames drop on most of my games some even run at 1-4 FPS
I will take farcry 4 before i ran it on max with 50-60 FPS now its 18-23 FPS
my pc is clean there is no malvare,viruses, or adware, i killed all the process that i did not need
all drivers are up to date and all windows updates are installed
And when i turn on fraps on on almost all the games it kills my eyes
